Payment

The full course fee should be paid at least 2 weeks before start of course

  • Payment can be done by bank transfer and cheque

Cancellation

  • If cancellation is made at least 2 weeks before the course start date, all fees paid will be refunded
  • If cancellation is made between 1 and 2 weeks before the start date, a 50% refund will be paid
  • No refund will be done, if less than 1 week before the course start date
  • Cancellation should be made in writing (letter/email)
     

Replacement

  • If a participant is unable to attend the course, you may nominate a replacement
